About the Speakers:

Karen McGrane - Digital UX and Content Strategy Expert

Karen McGrane plays nicely in the content strategy, information architecture, and interaction design sandboxes. She is the author of Content Strategy for Mobile from A Book Apart; Managing Partner at Bond Art + Science, a UX consultancy she founded in 2006; and formerly VP and National Lead for User Experience at Razorfish. She’s led projects for dozens of clients, including The New York Times, Condé Nast, and The Atlantic. She also teaches Design Management in the Interaction Design MFA program at the School of Visual Arts.

Ferry has worked for over 10 years in Online Marketing, Web Analytics and Web Development and joined comScore in September 2010 to be responsible for developing and optimizing  comScore’s web presence. He looks after implementation of the web strategy, digital analytics and integration between the websites and comScore’s marketing automation platform. 

Manoj Varsani - E-Business Program Director (Ovum)

Manoj Varsani is e-Business Program Director for Informa Telecoms Media Group and Ovum. Manoj leads the product roadmap for Ovum’s global delivery platforms. He oversees projects for Informa Telecoms Media Group and manages the product development team for Ovum. Manoj has led a variety of projects ranging from the implementation of content delivery solutions, to merger integration projects, and the development of high profile marketing sites.
