Digital Marketing Manager (F/M) - Oslo, Norway

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway. 

In this role, you will write, produce and edit various types of content and blog regularly to expand our company’s digital footprint, raise awareness and generate leads. 

You're a driver, very hands on and a self-starter; you don't need someone to get the ball rolling for you. You like your colleagues truly want to serve and help them and you always want to provide value. 

This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent storytelling and project management skills. You will be an integral part of our Global Marketing team and you will collaborate with Senior leaders in Product, Sales and Engineering.

Essential Tasks:

  • Manage all online marketing functions including but not limited to: marketing automation, email marketing, social media, SEO, SEM and paid and organic campaigns to help build awareness, generate leads and deliver on agreed upon KPIs
  • Drive email marketing including managing the calendar, developing copy, collaborating with in-house designer on creative, building and sending emails, list segmentation, A/B testing and tracking/reporting on results
  • Build and optimize email nurture paths targeting specific personas and taking advantage of eZ’s content marketing outputs
  • Co-manage the social media audience development strategy and execute social media activity across channels and platforms, regularly interfacing with influencers and internal stakeholders to promote eZ news and content
  • Design and develop processes and dashboards to monitor email, campaign and website performance ( and advise Marketing team on optimization strategies for email, SEO, advertising and website channels to drive conversions
  • Develop engaging, targeted copy for ad campaigns (display and search) and landing pages in close collaboration with other members of eZ Marketing
  • Manage projects and orders with external approved vendors and freelancers as needed
  • Stay up-to-date on the martech landscape and individual platforms and tools, and recommend products for potential adoption within eZ Marketing
  • Keep current on search engine, email and landing page trends and best practices

Your Profile:

  • BA and 3+ years marketing experience including 1+ year marketing automation and online advertising experience
  • Demonstrated experience with Net Results, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot or other marketing automation platform, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, Moz, SalesForce, MS Dynamics and any content management system (CMS)
  • Experience with digital marketing for enterprise software (B2B)
  • Experience using data-driven approach to evaluate the customer’s online experience across channels and touchpoints and optimize projects and campaigns
  • Basic HTML skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, writing, presentation, and project management skills
  • A creative problem solver results oriented, strong time management skills and able to make trade-offs and link execution with strategy
