Customer Success Agent DACH (m/f/d) - Cologne, Germany

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Success professional to join a company at the forefront of the CMS sector as a Customer Success Agent DACH (m/f/d). The position is based in Cologne, Northrhine Westfalia.

Your Responsibilities:

The Customer Success Team at eZ drives relationship management, business development and ensures our customers have an extraordinary service experience.

This role reports to the Director of Customer Success.

 Essential Tasks:

  •  Support the CS Team to build amazing guides for our clients using our content management system.
  •  Responsible for setting up Regional Calendars which allows CS to quickly identify which customers to focus on and when 
  •  Collate user feedback and pain points and loop these back to the relevant teams
  •  Capture feedback (good and bad) so that we continue to improve our products and service as we grow and suggest ways to deliver an even better customer experience
  •  Reach out to existing customers who have less complex installations 
  •  Actively work on improving product knowledge and improving technical understanding 
  •  Follow set activity plan for KPIs to be met
  •  Be available to work on other tasks as important to Sales
  •  Perform other duties as defined by the Line Manager

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed a college degree in Marketing, Communications or a comparable qualification and a minimum of 1-2years experience in Customer Services or Sales.
  • The right candidate will be quick-thinking, have a natural passion for sales and how technology can solve business challenges, as well as a strong desire to be successful in business.
  • You have an excellent understanding of customer needs and requirements and work with a strong sense of urgency which translates into activities.
  • You have a positive attitude, love the idea of working in a sales environment and get a huge buzz from the thrill of bringing extraordinary services to our customers.
  • You have highly developed communications skills and impeccable written communication skills, a team player with entrepreneurial spirit.
  • You are highly service oriented, self-motivated with an excellent work ethic as well as proactive and self-disciplined with a well-organized work style.
  • Your German languages skills are on a native level and you are proficient in spoken and written English.
