Content Marketing Manager / Head of Content (m/f/d) - Oslo, Norway

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager to join our team in Oslo, Norway .

In this role, you will lead content strategy and content creation processes for all content involved in our marketing plan. You will be responsible to ensure the content being produced and communicated to our different audiences is satisfying our expectations of quality, using the right tone of voice and being in-brand. You will also lead and coordinate the content production workflow in English content, this for all types of content and channels. As part of this workflow, you will coordinate with other team members to make sure we can have efficient localization and translation processes of our various content assets, to make sure we use their potential across regions and languages.

Depending on the type of content, you might be the one in charge of writing it (typically expected for corporate content such as press releases or other company messages and stories) or in charge of coordinating different domain-expert contributing from eZ or from outside and acting as a chief editor.

You're a driver, very hands on and a self-starter; you don't need someone to get the ball rolling for you. You like your colleagues truly want to serve and help them and you always want to provide value. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and excellent storytelling, content creation and project management skills. You will be an integral part of our Global Marketing team and you will collaborate with Senior leaders in Product, Sales and Engineering.

Essential Tasks:

  • Oversee the creation and delivery process of all types of content, from corporate and brand content to pure content marketing stories.
  • Develop an agile editorial calendar to better collaborate and communicate with team members involved in the content creation and content delivery processes.
  • Work with leadership and team members to shape and formalize a content strategy for our marketing operation.
  • Define metrics to measure performance of our content in our channel and their effectiveness in delivering on our strategy goals.
  • Measure content performance according to these metrics.
  • Write press releases, boiler plates, media pitches, byline articles, op-eds, advertisements, etc.
  • Organize and maintain a repository of content easy to use for all teams (Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, leadership) gathering all corporate and brand content assets.
  • Publish our content on the various channels identified in our strategy (our own website(s) and blogs, Linkedin, email, Facebook, Medium, partner sites and platform…)
  • Serve as in-house copy editor for the team, reviewing marketing collaterals for consistency, quality and tone of voice.
  • Research, write and edit new content to deliver on the content strategy, including e-books, case studies, whitepapers, etc collaborating when needs be with domain experts.
  • Work closely with the Digital Marketing Manager to ensure SEM and SEO opportunities are leveraged.
  • Collaborate with all Marketing and Product team members to make sure they all deliver delightful content that makes an impact!
  • Beyond textual content, be able to oversee the creation of interactive content such as Webinars, Podcast or Video content.
  • Explore new formats of content, long and short form and experiment.

Your Profile:

  • Native english.
  • Passion for content, content marketing and inbound marketing.
  • 4+ years of experience writing marketing copy in digital and non-digital context.
  • A portfolio with writing samples that show-off a variety of different types of projects.
  • Enthusiasm and comfort working in a fast-paced and relatively distributed environment.
  • Experience with a variety of content including visuals and video, involving collaboration with designers and creative teams.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, writing, presentation, and project management skills.
  • A creative problem solver results oriented, strong time management skills and able to make trade-offs and link execution with strategy.
