リファレンス環境

下記のテーブルでリファレンス環境を定義します。リファレンス環境とは、eZ Publish Enterpriseを使うために最適な環境となり、クリティカルなプロジェクトにおすすめします。この環境はeZ Publish Enterpriseにサポートと認定されます。品質保証認定チームがインテンシブに認定テストを行い、eZ Publish Enterprise版を完全サポートできます。

認定環境

品質保証認定チームは承認された環境のリストを保持します。認定環境はeZ Publishに使って問題ないですが、場合によって、パフォーマンス、負担能力や他の機能はリファレンス環境に比べて、同一や最適ではない可能性もあります。認定環境を選択する際、自作の品質プロセス、ストレスとパフォーマンステストを含め、ニーズに合わせてインストレーションとインフラを調整することができます。認定環境はeZ Publish Enterpriseサブスクリプションの完全サポートされています。メンテナンスとモニターリングツールを使う際にサポートチームからの調整が必要可能性があります。リファレンス環境と逆に、非最適な動作に関した問題はプロダクトサポートではなく、拡張サービスとして扱われます。

互換環境

eZ Publishは上記に書かれました環境意外にも動作することができます。ですが、リファレンスと承認環境意外の環境はeZ Systemsの保証と品質の動作を保証しません。eZ Publish Enterpriseサブスクリプションは互換環境でも利用できますが、保証とプロダクトサポートは対象外となります。メンテナンスとサービスを受けることができますが、メンテナンスとモニタリングツールを利用できません。
