Jérémy: unfortunately, I've already updated the french version of eZ with a version provided by Pascal Boyer from linuxorable.net.

It would be a great idea to make this translation a global effort from multiple contributors. Would you be interested in this ?

We would like to add this to the eZ Publish distribution, but before we can do that, we need you to sign the CLA license. You can find it here:

You will find more information on that page.

If you don't send us a signed CLA, we can not include the translation in the distribution. But we will upload it on the translations page of ez.no:
http://ez.no/developer/translations
