OpenContent
OpenContent is a company specialized in the supply of services like software planning and development, consulting, assistance and tutoring on free software and weboriented applications. All the developed or customized software is released with GPL compatible licenses. The personal experiences of the founders are several, from project management to the software development, from system administration to training, with a solid radication in the free software developers' community and cofounders of a LUG (Linux User Group).The task of OpenContent is to set more store by the "human capital" inside the cultural environment where it is operating, offering consulting and training to the customers in order to perform better services and to motivate the employees, having in the meanwhile a particular attention to the reuse of implemented solutions.
OpenContent's founders start using eZ publish since version 2.x, collaborating with Oneworld International in the Oneworld.net platform development (http://www.oneworld.net, http://www.unimondo.org). Among other web projects using eZ publish there are the Observatory on Balcans portal (http://www.osservatoriobalcani.org), the International Alliance of Habitants web site (http://www.habitants.org), the italian site on ethical finance (http://www.finanzaetica.org), the portal/intranet of Trento's cooperatives federation (http://www.cooperazionetrentina.it) and the international database of decentralized cooperation on the Balkans (http://www.balcanicooperazione.it) supported by the Italian Foreign Ministry.
