| Can I expect any kind of extensions on eZ Market and is it open to any developer? | Any "utilities" extensions will be welcome for evaluation, but the main goal is to add functional bricks for CMX (Customer Experience Management). eZ will select and work with eZ Certified technology partners, software vendors in order to make this happen. |
| Who is allowed to use eZ Market extensions? | All eZ Publish Enterprise customers and business Partners are allowed to buy and use eZ Market extensions. |
| What is the added value of an eZ market extension? | eZ certifies that the extension is in line with the eZ Publish architectural and interfacing guidelines. This allows a seamless and standardized integration, guided and recommended by the eZ Team. |

| What is a R&D Partner? | The R&D Partner is an independent software developer interested in developing, maintaining, supporting and selling additional software functionality to be added to and/or integrated with the eZ Publish enterprise platform (“Extension”), for sale on eZ Market. |
| What are the key requirements when developing an eZ Market extension? | To have an R&D Partner agreement with eZ Systems and an extension that eZ Systems sees fit for eZ Market. |
| What does the Certification mean in the eZ Market context? | The eZ Market certification is an additional run of Quality Assurance (QA) on the extension, undertaken by eZ Systems in order to verify and certify the extension against the eZ Publish Enterprise release. It shall in no way be seen as the sole QA of the extension. Prior internal QA must have been run before submitting an extension for eZ Market certification. Furthermore, the eZ QA team is not, and cannot be, aware of the specific functionalities of each extension submitted. As a result, functional defects or issues will not be searched and identified in the course of certification. |

| What is the costing / business model of an eZ Market extension? | Usually, extensions have no license fees but an annual subscription fee, according to extension provider and the eZ Publish Enterprise Agreement. |
| Where can I buy the eZ Market extension? | Go to How to Buy page and you will find a form that you should fill out, requesting the extensions you are interested on and an eZ representative will contact you. |
| Who is invoicing me after having purchased an eZ Market extension? | eZ is responsible for invoicing the customer. The extension provider will invoice eZ for the extensions sold. |
| Support & Maintenance | |
| Who do I contact in case of issues? | eZ Enterprise customers using eZ Market extensions will receive support from the extensions providers. Support contact information will be found under the Support Portal. |
| What kind of maintenance service can I expect? | Bugfixes are provided by the extension provider and made available through a new downloadable version of the extension. Services related to extensions such as consulting services, training and implementation may be delivered by extension provider by use of the eZ Market or directly to customers. |
| How are enhancement requests handled? | All improvements will be implemented by the extension provider. Feedback and feature requests can be sent directly to extension provider. All responses received by the eZ Market team will of course be followed up with the extension provider. |
